Policies, Disclaimers, important information!
Disclaimer: I own an indoor/outdoor cat. I also use tide pods and snuggle dryer sheets on washable products! If you have allergies or this would affect you in some way please reach out to me concerning your order!
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm CST
These are regular hours I work on orders, allow pick ups and local delivery, and am usually available to respond to messages within an hour or two.
I do try to take off on weekends and holidays, including some school holidays.
I also allow myself some personal days as I am VERY pregnant and sometimes need an extra day off.😅
My hours will not affect my processing times, I tend to give myself extra time to account for these.
I normally respond to messages 7 days a week but some weekends or holidays I may not be able to respond right away so please be patient and I assure you I will respond as soon as I am able.
Returns will only be accepted for damaged/incorrect products so please order carefully and reach out to me for sizing charts if you are unsure about your size!
Returns are not available for custom items!
Refunds will only be given for damaged/incorrect items upon return of the item in question. If the damage is done during transit(by the post office or shipping company) we will work together and open a case with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
Refunds are not applicable on custom items, though in some cases I may be able to offer a shop credit/gift card.
Refunds will only be given if we can not resolve your issue via replacement.
Please note processing time is not the same as shipping time. Processing time is the time it takes for me to make your item. I tend to give myself a longer turn around time than necessary because sometimes I do not have the blank for the product on hand and I have to order it. With bleached shirts they are weather dependent since I bleach them myself and some colors require sunlight to bleach white. As of right now (10/10/2021) no product has a longer processing time than 3 weeks. If for some reason I can not make your item within this time frame I will reach out and see if you would like to wait, get a refund, or get a different item in its place.
I typically use USPS as my shipping company. Currently shipping prices are up for the holidays as well as possible shipping delays.
I normally use flat rate or first class which have a 2-4, or 3-5 day shipping time, also included is up to $50 of insurance on your package. If further insurance is needed please contact me prior to placing your order!
So far I have not experienced shipping delays with my package but during the holiday season it is possible. I can not provide refunds due to shipping delays, but if your package is lost, arrives damaged, or misdelivered I will gladly work with you in opening a case with usps and resolving the issue!
